I work at the intersection of applied AI, data transformation, and systems architecture. I build platforms that run in production, and the institutions that keep them running.
I build solutions that work and lead teams that deliver. My focus is on technology, social impact, and human development, spanning digital products used by thousands, non-profit work touching over 7,000 lives, and leadership programmes training the next generation.
Proficiency matters. I focus on what I can build, who I can serve, and what systems I can put in place to create value that outlasts me.

Four positions that shape what I build and how I build it.
Reference material, tooling, and benchmarks are public. Where a system is built says nothing about the standard it should be held to.
Short horizons produce work that has to be redone. Durable structure costs less than repeated rescue.
If a process needs me present, it is a habit rather than a system. Encode the rules and measure outcomes, not activity.
Tooling made prototypes cheap and surface-level competence abundant. The advantage sits with whoever keeps going after the demo works.
Platforms operating under real latency budgets, provider quotas, and cost ceilings, and products shipped end to end. Not demos.
Financial intelligence over a live knowledge graph of 165.8k articles, 89.6k entities, and 155.8k connections. Retrieval grounded in production data, not a bolt-on index.
A behavioural operating system converting effort into verified income. Programme rules, progression, and support are enforced in code rather than administered by hand.
The transformation layer beneath the graph: ingestion, normalisation, entity resolution, and vision-based extraction for documents that plain text parsing cannot read.
Multi-tenant automation platform. Deterministic filtering before any model spend, and a quality gate that holds weak output for review instead of publishing it.
Built end to end and maintained in production. Several are free to use.

I work with founders, teams, and institutions on technology strategy, systems and data architecture, product decisions, and building organisations that keep operating without constant supervision. I also speak and write on this work.
